Sleep in the Today,s past and wake up in yesterday,s present

 On Sunday our clocks will be set in an hour ahead for daylight savings time.  I will need to help set the clocks back in the house.   This means we will be losing an hour of sleep.  

To help me adjust to this change I should go to sleep an hour earlier.  This will help me feel better rested.  I will go to bed on Saturday night at 10;00 

The positive part about daylight savings time is we are one day closer to the first  day of Spring.  We will slowly gain sunlight each day
