Healthy with SuperPowers and Wizard powers

 I am healthy when I eat chicken shawarma sandwich and veg's and fruit and protein snacks and protein meals 

I am healthy when I drink milk water and orange juice 

my favorite way to get exercise air drumming to keep my arms in motion to feel the burn and weights and practice my ninja fighting style and stretching and swimming and situps and push ups chin ups barbell pullover chest press and bench press
