2023 yoga in in trails

 This Friday our ancillary Staff is leading leisure group.

We will be doing yoga.

I have done yoga  before . I enjoy new exercises.

One yoga move I know is the splits.

Outdoor Adventures Center

 On Friday we are going  to the Outdoor Adventure Center. 

This is my first time visiting here. 

The Outdoor Adventure Center is located at 1801 Atwater Street, Detroit, MI 48207.

One thing I plan on doing there is archery. \

Execise makes me fell stronger

2023 jobs for fun

 My worksite is senior center 

one of my jobs is dusting cleaning tables clear out the trash 

Another one of my jobs is Holiday market 

one of the worksites i would like to try is Emagine royal oak movie theater
